The perfect reed for beginner, intermediate, middle and high school bassoonists. These are easy and fun playing reeds with a nice sound. Your student bassoonist will love playing after trying these reeds.

With only a few adjustments, it also has the potential to be a solid reed for advanced and even professional players.

Hand finished and tested to ensure stability, ease and excellent tone.

Reeds are adjusted to properly fit bassoon bocals.

Student bassoon reeds are coated in hot melt glue for an excellent seal and fun look.

2nd wire is not covered in glue and is fully adjustable.

All reeds are shipped in plastic vials for protection.
(The vials are not meant to be used as reed cases. Storing used reeds in the sealed plastic tubes will cause bacterial and fungal growth. If you don’t have another option, puncture holes into the plastic vials to allow reeds to fully dry out after use.)
